Lane Tech College Prep is proud to announce Deshon Conley as our new Head Football Coach.

A Foundation Built on Experience
With over 20 years of experience, Coach Conley brings a wealth of football knowledge to our program. His journey in football began at Proviso West High School, followed by collegiate play at both the College of DuPage and William Penn University. This diverse background has shaped his comprehensive understanding of the game at multiple levels.
A Familiar Face with a Proven Track Record
Coach Conley is no stranger to the Lane Tech community, having served as an Assistant Coach for the past five seasons. During his tenure, he has excelled as both Head JV Coach and Defensive Coordinator, roles that have prepared him for this next step in leadership.
Vision for the Program
“My purpose is to create a safe and fun environment, while helping student-athletes grow in the game of football, as well as developing into young adults,” says Coach Conley. “Through our core values of belief and family, I’m confident that this team can accomplish anything.”
Looking Forward
The Lane Tech administration and athletic department are excited about the future of our football program under Coach Conley’s leadership. His dedication to both athletic excellence and character development aligns perfectly with our school’s mission.
Please join us in welcoming Coach Deshon Conley to his new role as Head Football Coach!
